UPS SHIPPING GUIDLINES

Please note that our sales offices will close Tuesday, December 20th and we will re-open Monday, Jan 2nd, 2012.

When you go to "Check Out", and before processing your order, you will have the opportunity to select UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Overnite shipping.

Generally, a hiking stick or two costs between $9 and $12 to ship anywhere in the Continental US via UPS Ground, and takes about five to seven working days, depending on where you live. 3-day, 2-day or Overnite options cost more. We generally ship the next business day, which is when the shipping time begins, so if you're ordering an "Overnite" shipment on a Friday, it will actually ship on a Monday, and arrive Tuesday, so please plan accordingly. Weekend orders also ship the next business day, so an order placed on Saturday or Sunday will generally ship on Monday, unless it is a holiday.

Note that UPS does not operate on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

The LAST DAY to order UPS Ground and have it arrive by Christmas is Thursday, Dec. 15th.

International Orders - we do not ship outside the US or to APO or PO Boxes. Most of our customers out of country have a friend in the states order for them and then forward the item to them.
